Brian Young is a prime example of a successful entrepreneur and its easy to see his humility and passion for the "process". He's learned the hard way how important it is to adapt to change, even if it takes 15 years of pain to get you to do it! His business survived one of the most powerful market disruptors of our time: the birth of the internet. When he persisted with cold-calling door to door, fewer and fewer people answered their doors, and when they did answer, they wanted him to be the most affordable option, leading to a market perception of being low cost - low quality. Brian looked to the Rocky series for inspiration, and kept his head in the game. His persistence and “pig-headed” determination got him through the tough times and he can say now that his business has grown 800% in the past
