The importance of having a mentor. At all times in my life, I have coaches, whether they're paid or someone that you study and look to as personal mentors. We are the quarterbacks in our space; we need that person up in the skybox looking down to see all the players on the field. You need a neutral party thats not biased or emotionally attached to give you clear feedback and guidance.

How do you pick and choose a mentor? Be specific and start from what issues or areas you think you need to improve! We always need to reflect on our business and find the weaknesses you need to fix.
